We offer both personal training and group private training sessions to cater to all abilities and goals. Whether you’re looking to pursue a one-to-one training programme or train in a group setting of up to 4 people, there is something for everyone here at B-FIT Studio.
Personal Training
Personal Training is all about tailoring exercise to suit you; it’s flexible, fun and personal. We want to help you achieve your goals in a safe, time-bound and dynamic way. We understand that all our clients are different and so, using our expertise, we tailor-make a programme to suit you.
We provide an initial 30-minute consultation free of charge to answer any questions you may have and to establish some of your key motivational goals.
All our personal training sessions can be booked through GoTeamUp, a trusted application where you can view availability of each trainer and make safe, secure bookings all at the touch of a button.
